Rules for the use of reusable containers.
Information on how to use reusable containers correctly, maintain product quality at home, and avoid additional costs.
When using the bottle in a water dispenser (hot/cold/water jug), be sure to remove the protective film from the bottle lid.
The temperature where water bottles are stored must be between +3°C and +25°C.
Protect bottles from direct sunlight.
Bottles may only be used for drinking water.
The use of the container for any other purpose, including for storing tap water, is not permitted! If a foreign odor, dirt, mechanical damage, cracks or deformations are detected in the returnable container, the company has the right to issue an additional invoice. In this case, the customer will pay the cost of the returnable container in the amount of 12 euros per bottle.
Recommended ways to store bottles during different seasons:
During the cold season, bottles filled with water should be stored at room temperature.
If the water bottle freezes:
1. Minerals freeze with the water and when the water melts, they precipitate to the bottom. This is what causes the mineral taste and composition of the water.
2. The bottle will deform, its bottom will swell, in the worst case the bottle will break.
Empty containers should be left without the cap during the cold season to prevent a vacuum from forming. When a vacuum is created, the container deforms and microcracks form in the bottle.
Remember that when storing the bottle without a cap, you should not allow dirt or dust to get into it.
During warm weather, do not leave a bottle filled with water in direct sunlight. We recommend always storing the bottle in a cooler, darker place.
During the warmer months, it is better to seal the empty container with a cap. If the water dispenser has punctured the cap, cover the mouth of the bottle with a clean plastic bag to prevent dust, pollen, and insects from getting into the bottle.
