Spring Water<\/b> (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is owned by: Kasari Spring Water O\u00dc (registration code 16734904), located in M\u00e4elauda, Urevere village, M\u00e4rjamaa parish, Rapamaa 78120.<\/p>\n<p><b>Validity of the sales contract, product and price information<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The terms and conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the Online Store.<\/li>\n<li>The prices of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices of products sold in the online store are in euros.<\/li>\n<li>The delivery fee depends on the buyer&#039;s location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.<\/li>\n<li>Information about the product is provided in the Online Store directly next to the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Order processing<\/b><\/p>\n<p>To order goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate delivery method for the products. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele<\/li>\n<li>Estonian pay later solutions: Inbank pay next month, Inbank split into installments, Inbank installment payment<\/li>\n<li>Visa\/Mastercard card payments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>NB!<\/b> When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the &quot;Return to merchant&quot; button on the bank page.<\/p>\n<p>Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment \u2013 when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer&#039;s bank and credit card details. The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to be paid to the Online Store&#039;s current account.<br>The owner of the online store is the controller of personal data and transfers personal data to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS for the purpose of making payments.<br>If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for another reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.<\/p>\n<p><b>Delivery<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia<br>The buyer has the following options to receive the goods: Venipak courier, Omniva parcel machine<br>The buyer bears the shipping costs of the goods and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.<br>Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 5 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.<br>In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within up to 45 calendar days.<\/p>\n<p><b>Right of withdrawal<\/b><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.<br>The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.<br>To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.<br>If the goods have been used for a purpose other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in value of the goods.<br>To return the goods, you must submit a free-form application for withdrawal from the purchase of the goods to the e-mail address info@kasari.eu no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.<br>The seller will bear the costs of returning the goods, unless the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to the order (e.g. an incorrect or defective product).<br>The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he or she has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.<br>Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store will immediately refund to the buyer, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal form, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.<br>The online store may refuse to issue refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided evidence that they have returned the item, whichever occurs first.<br>If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the consumer any costs that exceed the costs associated with the standard delivery method.<br>The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.<\/p>\n<p><b>Right to file a claim<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the Buyer that already existed at the time of delivery of the goods and that becomes apparent within two years of the delivery of the goods to the Buyer. Within this 1 year from the delivery of the goods to the Buyer, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the goods. It is the Online Store&#039;s obligation to rebut this presumption.<br>The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months of discovering a defect by sending an e-mail to <b>info@kasari.eu<\/b> or call by phone: <b>+37253082228<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>The online store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.<\/p>\n<p>If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees incurred under the sales contract to the buyer.<\/p>\n<p>The online store will respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.<\/p>\n<p><b>Direct marketing and processing of personal data<\/b><\/p>\n<p><ul><li>The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transfers personal data to companies providing transportation services in order to deliver the goods.<\/li><li>The online store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer&#039;s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to do so by entering their e-mail address on the website and has indicated their desire to receive direct mail notifications.<\/li><li>The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.<\/li><\/ul><\/p>\n\n\n<p><b>Dispute resolution<\/b><\/p>\n<p><ul><li>If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to the email address <b>info@kasari.eu<\/b> or call by phone: <b>+37253082228<\/b><\/li><li>If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission.<\/li><li>&nbsp;You can read the procedural terms and submit an application here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer&#039;s complaint by the committee is free of charge.<\/li><li>The buyer may contact the European Union&#039;s consumer dispute resolution platform.<\/li><li>Using the provided
